Collection Specialist
Responsible for analyzing accounts, handling inbound and outbound collections calls and calling on past due account balances. Record customer payments to correct reports – 2+ years previous collections experience is required. Must familiar with the Fair Debt Collections Act.
Third Party Liability Specialist
High school degree or equivalent is required; 2+ years’ experience in a third party collection, billing or collection environment in healthcare is preferably. Experience with resolving MVA claims and WC claims with adjusters/attorneys. Ability to analyze, resolve problems with claims, active listening, analytical,verbal/written communication, complete required tasks within established time frames and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
